Positive changes for Commercial sign board services.
I am pleased to advise you that we are in the process of making major changes
in our commercial sign board department and management structure, by
centralising all commercial and development work under the direct control
of a team headed by Tony White [Director]. Tony has been re-organising the
infrastructure and recruiting for some time now and intends to launch his
new regime from October 2006 undertaking total responsibility for this
department, focussing on design, production and installation and will be
making some major changes in the way that we process orders and react to
clients specific requirements to ensure that continuity, quality and
service levels are maintained at a very high standard.
The reason for this change is that we have been fragmented in the way that
this department has been managed and aware for some time that we have
needed to improve matters, it has also been obvious that we have not been
focussed enough when dealing with our most important department.
As part of the new strategy we have recently recruited seven new staff,
who are currently being trained and integrated into our system, we have
also invested in a second state of the art digital sign printer and the
most sophisticated laminating equipment, all designed to deliver the best
possible print quality at speed, we also have a new Mercedes van on order
for delivery late September.
These measures and levels of investment are central to our new drive to
establish ourselves as a foremost force as a provider of property
marketing signage, and to improve our overall service levels.
