SIGNCRAFT Secures more West End Clients

We are pleased to announce that Signcraft has won a substantial new client in the West End - Atisreal.

Atisreal provides a wide services to many occupier and investor markets, working for some of the country's leading organisations, including a significant number of FTSE 100-listed companies.

Signcraft is now Atisreal's sole provide of signage - a decision made by the company based on the manageability of dealing with a single supplier. Signcraft was recommended by an existing customer and, after a few successful transactions, we were passed from surveyor to surveyor within Atisreal; this coincided with a series of issues with their previous supplier that had left Atisreal unhappy with the level of service they were receiving at that time.

Our relationship steadily progressed and was further developed through meetings in which we established our clients real needs, resulting in a tailored plan designed to plug all of the gaps that had occurred in their previous arrangement. We are now building a web based ordering and job tracking system that will give them a complete overview of all board orders, past and present.

As with all Signcraft customers, Atisreal have been appointed with dedicated account handlers - Tony White and Kelly Bowdidge - to ensure all their signage requirements are met accurately and swiftly.

The service provided by Signcraft has certainly made a difference to Atisreal, as Errol Donald, Head of Marketing at the company comments: "We are extremely pleased with the overall level of service; problems have reduced dramatically since we have been using Signcraft and the staff are very helpful and always cheerful."

The size of the contract for Signcraft is substantial and already the level of business has been steady with approximately 180 standard board orders, interspersed with a good volume of special build signage and banners, including a 6mx3m site development board for Terrace Hill in George Street Croydon. We are extremely pleased to say that Atisreal is now one of Signcraft's premier accounts.
