At Signcraft, we can create a huge advertisement that can be seen wherever you want it to be – on Britain’s motorways, the centre of London, YouTube. With Vehicle Graphics, you pay only once for your ad and it’s on display until you decide to remove it. Compare this with other forms of advertising and it provides incredible value. If you use one van for five years, how many people will have seen your company details on each of the 1,825 days? Many will have seen it repeatedly. Vehicle Graphics can be an excellent investment of your marketing budget – … Continue reading →

Signcraft’s experience in Shopping Centre regeneration, using innovative graphics and signage solutions has been applied to vacant units in high streets and commercial/retail parks. Lumina Park is a new commercial park on the A10 Great Cambridge Road in Enfield, replacing a run-down brownfield site. Despite economic difficulties, a number of units have been sold or let but there are some that need to look attractive for potential new business. Clean, bold graphics, easily visible to drivers, were used for advertising an available food and drink (A3) unit, suitable for a bar/restaurant. For details of large graphics or retail signage, contact … Continue reading →

There is increasing vacant space in high streets throughout the UK and Signcraft has been creatively designing, producing and applying attractive graphics to improve the shopping experience in town centres and shopping centres – and to help landlords in letting the premises. Too many empty retail units contribute to a sad and sorry effect on shoppers who may then stay away. We are contributing to a more up-beat environment with our lively graphics. Innovative ideas from our senior designer, Emma Hunt, are making a good impact. Our clients include commercial agency and surveying practices, asset managers and design houses across Britain, who … Continue reading →

Our ground floor production facility had to undergo a complete re-design to accommodate the new machine but the disruption will be justified as output and end quality capabilities are greatly enhanced, opening up great opportunities for large format signage.
Dalkeith Arcade in Bournemouth was a medium sized, unattractive and out-dated retail centre. Signcraft was appointed to re-generate the shopping centre by creating a brand identity to revitalise the building and surrounding area, to attract more visitors and improve their shopping experience. Phase I, the interior: our new banners went on display. We transformed the ground and first floor malls with high energy, effective signage, designed by Emma Hunt Design. Phase II, way finding: an effective way-finding system, leading from the Richmond Gardens multi storey car park next to annexed to the shopping centre, was installed to encourage people into the centre.
Due to the increasing demand for ultra high resolution images as part of our signage packages we undertook a mission to find the most efficient and sharp digital printer available at a cost we could sustain. Having enjoyed a lengthy and very productive relationship with Colourgen and the guidance of Phil Donohue their business development manager we eventually settled upon the latest technology from Seiko, having a pair of early 64S machines that have been great servants to the business, it gave us the confidence to move onto the latest generation the W64S.
The structure is secured in place using experienced staff operating specialist equipment and adhering to strict safety guidelines. Using a "cherry-picker", the inner framework is fixed by sign-fitters, as can be seen in the first photograph.

Each of the individual signs have to be mounted to each side of the advertising frame until, finally, the job is completed.

(We love the final image of the Signcraft van behind the signage, ready to take the fitters home at the end of the day).

Signcraft undertakes all kinds of jobs from large projects to small office graphics - and we deliver throughout Britain. Continue reading →

At Signcraft, we design and manufacture cost-effective signage. Our state of the art technology enables us to create distinctive, stunning and often large modern fascias on buildings. A far cry from traditional signwriting, the results may be achieved with various materials, including perspex, glass, vinyl and metals – and may include electric lighting. Can modern signage work in a traditional environment? There are numerous examples that support each side of that debate. The Northern Ireland Environment Agency issued sensible design guidance for new signage on historic buildings, illustrated with photographic evidence. Our portfolio includes photographs of many styles of fascia’s … Continue reading →
